Summary
We reimagined the entire in-box experience—from welcome inserts and box packaging to trays and one-off collateral—to create a more cohesive and premium unboxing moment. Every touchpoint was redesigned to reflect Nom Nom’s quality, care, and guide customers through their dog’s food transition with clarity and confidence.
Outcomes
Personalized customer inserts boosted customer retention by 8% within the first three months of lifecycle.
We were also one of the very few brands who created a Dropship business for PetSmart, with customized boxes, inserts, and materials to extend the Nom Nom brand experience.

We developed a bold, eye-catching OOH campaign designed to drive brand recognition at a glance. Working within Outfront’s vendor specs, we leaned into our “Nom Face” visuals (excited dog locked in on droolworthy food) and impactful brand copy to maximize visibility and recall.

Summary
Developed the art direction for Nom Nom’s new recipes—defining the packaging look and feel and leading a thoughtful color exploration to differentiate SKUs within a complex brand palette. The goal: create a system that’s visually distinct, cohesive across the line, and reflective of the brand’s identity.
Outcomes
With the efforts put into co-marketing, brand building and new packaging structures, we outpaced the PetSmart Fresh category at +16% in vs their category at +10%.
