Meta’s feed was saturated with sameness in the freshly-made dog food space. This leads to creative fatigue, lower engagement, and rising CACs.
The Solve
We have to show we’re not a bowl of Millennial Beige mush like our competition and we do so with show-stopping visuals and a strong brand voice.

The Challenge
Our existing email experience needed a modern refresh to better reflect Nom Nom’s premium positioning and build early trust and reinforce the value of their decision. The designs felt dated and missed key reassurance moments—especially important for new customers transitioning their dogs from familiar food to a new diet.
The Solve
We gave our flows and ad-hoc emails a full facelift—introducing an elevated, upmarket design system. Strategic messaging and visual updates were layered in to build trust, guide expectations, and deliver emotional reassurance. From tone to typography, every touchpoint was crafted to help new customers feel confident that choosing Nom Nom was the right move—for them and their dog.
The Outcomes
New Customer Onboarding emails increased open rates by 15% and click-through rates by 44% compared to the previous flow.
Abandon Cart Journey increased sign-up conversion by 20%.
Developed and A/B tested lead generation pop-ups resulting in 49% increase in conversion rates.
